Simple Simple White Bean Dip

I came home excited to make hummus with chickpeas (yes I get excited). I realized I had no chickpeas (also called garbanzos), so I improvised and used white beans. Remember, I always say, there are no rules to cooking, use what you got.

Spicy Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Dip

1 can of white beans (15.5 oz) - You can drain the liquid if you want it thicker
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 roasted red peppers - use jarred roasted peppers
a little S & P (salt & pepper)
juice of half of a lemon
4 small dried chiles (crushed)

All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor until you get the consistency that you want.

That's it! Enjoy!!
