If you want to have a one-of-a-kind drink, make sure you put Macondo high on your list this summer. Macondo in my opinion is one of the best restaurants in New York City and to top it all off, has landed itself the premiere mixologist in NYC. I've been bartending for about 6 years now and I have not come across anyone who has the skill Amaury Robayo has.
