My Kind of Cornbread



I don't like plain food so I'm always coming up with ways to change things around. When I was lifting weights in college I would make muffins to pack in my bag for a pre and post workout snack. Along with protein muffins, I'd make this if I had a heavy workout day and wanted to treat myself. It's cornbread with jalepeños and monterey jack cheese. I add something else to the cornbread which I hope you take away. Enjoy it.

  1. This recipe is great. I tried it with a Gluten-Free Mix and it was fantastic. The jalapenos really made it special, and I liked the creamed corn addition too.
