Last week I posted an orzo salad. Real quick. Real simple. I use the basic same ingredients and change up the dressing a bit. I'll post the recipe and some tips this week!

Welcome to Cook on the Run. Thanks for all the support and feedback. Between a full-time job, the gym, rugby, school, and still needing time for a social life, as much I love to be in the kitchen, there really is no time spend hours there. This website will teach you how to cook well in no time at all. Simplicity is key!
Do you have any more healthy recipes? I loved this one. I am cooking healthy for my family now. No high fructose corn syrup in my home any more. I really appreciate the dishes you do.
